Claudie André, born on May 13, 1957, in Le Creusot (Saône-et-Loire), is a French scientist, astronaut, and politician. She was first married to Deshays and later to Haigneré. Claudie served as president of Universcience in Paris from 2010 to 2015 and, until 2020, was an advisor to the Director General of the European Space Agency.
