Dumitru-Dorin Prunariu is a Romanian cosmonaut. He flew aboard the Soyuz 40 spacecraft and the Salyut 6 space laboratory. He was on a team with Russian cosmonaut Leonid Popov, with a backup crew of Romanian candidate cosmonaut Dumitru Dediu and Russian cosmonaut Yuri Romanenko.
